1. Eligibility

2. Account Opening & Verification

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• We may request documents to verify your identity and comply with KYC/AML obligations.
• Failure to provide required documents may result in account restrictions.

3. No Warranty of Service

• Foreign exchange (Forex) pairs.
• Indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies (where permitted).
• Other derivative instruments as made available.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Funds must originate from accounts in your name.
• We may apply processing fees or restrictions in line with AML laws.
• Withdrawals are processed to the original funding source whenever possible.

5. Trading Rules

• Orders are executed in accordance with market conditions and liquidity.
• Leverage, spreads, and margin requirements may vary.
• You acknowledge that slippage and execution delays may occur.
• The company reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions in cases of fraud, system abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Maintain account confidentiality (username/password).
• Ensure you understand the risks of leveraged trading.
• Use services only for lawful purposes.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

TTrading Forex and CFDs is speculative and carries a high level of risk. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Please review our Risk Disclosure Statement before trading.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses due to market volatility, platform downtime, or third-party failures.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Breach of these Terms.
• Regulatory obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint Lucia.
